Owned by a pair of North Bay physicians, this house is available for medical residents and locums coming to work in our beautiful city for a 4 week block or more. Situated along the shores of beautiful Lake Nipissing and just a 12 minute drive from the hospital, this newly-renovated space has been designed to meet all of your needs while you visit. This smoke-free and pet-free home is allergen friendly to ensure the comfort of all its guests.
As your hosts, we will be happy to tell you about all that North Bay has to offer!

We rent out the full house only, so no need to worry about roommates coming and going at different times during your rotation or locum.

Lakeside
You are approximately 20 large paces away from the shores of Lake Nipissing! Go swimming or paddleboarding in the summer, and snowshoeing in the winter!
